Honghuang: This Old Monkey of Mine Became a Sage

Li Yu starts out as an old monkey on Flower-Fruit Mountain, only to discover he has just three days left to live?!

If he has only three days of light left, he might as well beat up Sun Wukong and steal the Monkey King’s throne!

He beats Wukong until the monkey finally sees the light, then sends him off to seek immortality overseas!

Li Yu, meanwhile, achieves enlightenment through the Heavenly Reward of Dao Transformation and activates the Myriad Realms chat group.

The great figures of countless realms mistake Li Yu for the Great Sage Equal to Heaven, and from then on, everything goes completely off the rails.

Spirit-Possessing Jade? A critical hit turns it into the Sky-Mending Stone!

Nine-Turn Golden Elixir? Upgraded into a Chaotic Divine Elixir!

Taishang Laojun’s gourd, the Dragon Palace’s Fangtian Halberd, ancient ferocious beasts sent by group members… In Li Yu’s hands, everything gets supercharged!

While Heaven and the Buddhist sect are still scheming over the monkey who sprang from a stone, Li Yu has quietly advanced to a Chaos God-Fiend physique.

He strips the Three Realms bare, with combat strength approaching that of a Daluo Golden Immortal!

The Jade Emperor: “This child… is unfathomable. Recruit him at once!”

Tathagata: “A variable! The greatest variable in the Journey to the West!”

Sun Wukong: “Big Brother Li Yu, can I borrow that halberd of yours for a bit?”

Li Yu casually tosses a peach pit into the Divine Farmer’s Cauldron.

“Don’t rush. There’s enough for everyone. Let’s hand out red packets first, then talk about opportunities.”
