That Assassin Rankings List Was Supposed to Be Serious, So Why Are They All My Wives?

After losing his memory, Zhou Ke works two jobs in a remote border town to support himself. By day, he serves lamb offal soup; by night, he shakes dice. Life is pretty comfortable. That is, until three border soldiers come looking for trouble. He dodges them with ease, catching the eye of a young woman in blue passing by. From then on, strange things keep happening: The assassins’ rankings are announced, and when he spots Jing Ni, ranked tenth, his heart gives an inexplicable throb. The Sword Demon arrives with a coffin on his back to drink soup, then looks at him with shining eyes. A hundred thousand Qin soldiers suddenly surround the city, all to capture the woman beside him. The woman cries and says she is carrying his child. Holding up a pair of scissors, Zhou Ke looks utterly miserable. “I’m really just a guy who cooks lamb offal!” No one believes him. Only when Zhao Gao grabs him by the throat does the murderous aura inside him finally become impossible to suppress. Zhou Ke sighs. “You’ve smashed my stall, so today I’ll let you taste my ‘secret recipe’ for lamb offal.”
