Synopsis

Han Xiu, the former crown prince of the Divine Realm who had been sacrificed, returned after ten thousand years in search of the scattered fragments of the Heavenly Dao Scroll, The Unparalleled Book, sparking panic across the four seas. By then, his father, Ya Qi, who had sacrificed him, had mysteriously disappeared. As Han Xiu secretly searched for the fragments of The Unparalleled Book, he also tracked Ya Qi’s whereabouts. With the help of his good friend, the divine lord Ji Shu of Siwen, Han Xiu fought his way through countless trials across the lands and finally gathered all the fragments. When The Unparalleled Book opened, it brought the ancient war between gods and demons back to life. In the flow of time, Han Xiu saw his father. The hatred between father and son, born of the sacrifice, finally erupted when the truth behind the start of the war between gods and demons came to light. Unable to withstand the world-destroying power of The Unparalleled Book, Han Xiu tried to die alongside Ya Qi. Ji Shu had loyally followed him all this time, and the two had long since developed a forbidden, hopeless love. At Han Xiu’s final moment, Ji Shu tried to hold on to his beloved, but Han Xiu pushed him away with icy resolve. Ten thousand years later, Ji Shu carried on Han Xiu’s unfinished mission, wandering the land until he finally found Han Xiu’s fragmented spirit at Falling Star Peak. He brought it back to Siwen Hall to nurture it. Only then did he discover that the Divine Emperor Ya Qi had long ago written Han Xiu’s fate to its final page.

A Two-Male-Lead Story With a Different Twist

Any stories with two male leads, a gripping pace, and fresh character concepts? Nothing like fluffy little sweethearts with naturally airheaded, cheerful personalities. I want highly intelligent characters, with a bit of a healing-redemption theme.
