Midnight Caller: The Cursed Cycle

Folk-culture reporter Su Wan takes on a bizarre midnight suicide case and accidentally discovers an old, forgotten videotape. When she plays it, the image of a strange woman and a piercing bell sound draw her into a deadly curse: if she cannot find a way to break it within seven days, she will die. Objects shift around her home, a shadow flickers in the mirror, and the ringing never stops. One paranormal incident follows another. As she follows the clues, she discovers that the tape is closely connected to an arson case from twenty years ago, and that the woman was a victim who died unjustly. To save herself, Su Wan searches every corner of the city, piecing together the truth amid fear and danger. In the end, she finds the woman's remains and exposes the secret behind her false accusation. Her sincerity breaks the curse, and the real culprit who had remained hidden for twenty years is brought to light.
