The Dead Prince at Hogwarts

When the dark wizards of Knockturn Alley reached their filthy hands toward the golden longpin on the chest of ten-year-old Feuer Sanks, they awakened not a lamb for the slaughter, but an ancient dragon and a lord of death.

Red-black dragon lightning coiled around the end of all things, turning the living into dry bones.

Feuer, a boy bearing the power of an ancient dragon from the Lands Between and the Rune of Death, wants nothing more than to make friends and have fun. From then on, he is placed on the Ministry of Magic's watchlist and gets a temporary guardian in a black robe, with a face darker than the bottom of a cauldron: Severus Snape.

Carrying a mournful Prince of Death staff forged from bones and deadwood, and accompanied by a raven named Sangbiao who has mastered Snape-style sarcastic barbs, Feuer Sanks sets foot in Hogwarts.
