You're the Class Monitor's Substitute, So How Did You Train a Sniper Squad?

When Cheng Cai opens his eyes, he finds himself as the deserter everyone despises in Soldiers Sortie. “Traitor?” “Deserter?” He turns with a cold laugh and strides into Red Third Company. In a downpour, he sets a new army record by completing a fully loaded ten-kilometer run in 39 minutes. With a naked choke, he takes down Wu Lei, the wrestling champion of the grasslands, in three seconds. With a Type 85 sniper rifle, he punches a hole through a coin from 800 meters away, then dominates the entire shooting competition. The “War God Exchange System” activates. His prize money comes through, and his strength skyrockets! He writes training manuals, revises tactics, and trains snipers. Everyone exclaims, “We don’t know as much about warfare as a senior private!” Steel Seventh Company regrets letting him go, the Old A unit watches him like a hawk, and senior officers personally compete to recruit him! From fighting bandits on the border to cross-border rescue missions, from wiping out an entire squad alone to commanding the whole operation! He makes the entire military region remember his name: “My name is Cheng Cai: Cheng as in success, Cai as in genius!”
