Mysterious Lotus Casebook: Poisoned by Bicha from the Start

“Li Lianhua, you've been poisoned by Bicha poison. You have only three years left to live.”

Reborn, the once legendary sword god Li Xiangyi wants only to spend his remaining days driving his Lotus Tower.

But he never expected that

on one side, his dear friend Fang Duobing would do anything to drag him back into the martial world and solve every bizarre case under heaven;

while on the other, his archenemy and kindred spirit Di Feisheng would spend all day holding a knife to his neck, demanding another fight.

Coughing up blood, he could only wave them off. “Leave me out of it. I'm really just an ordinary doctor.”

Until a shocking case involving the transfer of imperial power and the fate of the realm landed right in front of him...

The betrayal by his senior martial brother had another explanation, and his own origins were entangled with the secrets of the previous dynasty...

Looking down at his trembling hands as the poison took hold, he smiled bitterly.

“Looks like there's no escaping the martial world after all.”
