In the Name of the People: In Hong Kong, I Set Handong Ablaze from the Start!

Once the capital's most prominent young master, he was cast out overnight and went into hiding in Hong Kong.

After lying low for ten years, Liu Sheng built a top-secret intelligence network spanning politics and business from the top of Wangbei Tower.

When the storm in Handong raged again, a single phone call from him set off a political earthquake. He toyed with powerful figures like Sha Ruijin, Hou Liangping, and the Zhao and Zhong families as if they were pieces in his hand.

He traded in intelligence, maneuvered political careers, and quelled the underworld. There was nothing in this world that couldn't be bargained over.

Everyone thought he was a broker waiting for the right price,

never realizing that he was the true player, the one moving the pieces in this great game for the world!
