Red Pomegranate Restaurant

Mingliang had pursued his artistic dreams in a big city, but returned to the pomegranate-scented foothills of the Tianshan Mountains to care for his gravely ill adoptive mother, Aiyisha. To revive the restaurant Aiyisha had left behind, The Taste of Pomegranate, Mingliang accepted a challenge from Michelin chef Anton. As he rapidly grew as a chef, he also brought the struggling restaurant back to life. Meanwhile, inspired by the stories of those around him who bravely pursued their dreams, including technical expert Li Guangtian and home visitor Wulasi, he found his own direction in life: promoting the culinary culture of Xinjiang. Mingliang developed feelings for Gulinare, an independent and spirited leader of an animal protection organization. But Gulinare, wholly devoted to her work, had no interest in romance. With his unique wisdom about life and his attitude toward it, Mingliang helped her open her heart. They healed one another and witnessed each other’s growth. In the end, they found love and each achieved their dreams.
