Is It Really So Bad to Rip a Campus Belle’s Skirt on My First Day of Retirement?

The protagonist, Chen Jie, appears to be a quiet, impoverished special-admissions student at Shanghai University with extraordinary physical abilities. In reality, he is an ace who retired from a secret unit, code-named “Ghost Jiao.” He excels at hand-to-hand combat, reconnaissance, tactical planning, and just about every other skill, but has zero social awareness and knows nothing about modern city life. His mission is to “experience life,” which means he must keep his identity hidden and survive on a monthly allowance of 1,000 yuan.

The heroine, Lin Wanxing, is the only daughter of the Shanghai Lin Group and the campus belle and star of Shanghai University. Spoiled, mischievous, and fond of making all kinds of daring short videos, she isn’t a bad person, just a pampered little princess who longs for genuine affection. When the protagonist ruins her “Best Video of the Year” and humiliates her in public, she launches a “revenge” campaign against him.
