Spend the Rest of My Life in the Wild

"My" name is Liu Yuyao, and the arrival of "my" is a secret and a mistake. In that special era, my father, a teacher, exiled "me" outside the walls of his home in order to preserve his reputation and job. The two words "Mom" and "Dad" became the first secrets I learned in my life but the most unexplainable. My childhood was a splicing of countless "other people's homes", and the only starlight was my mother's occasional sneak visits. It wasn't until my father's sudden death that "I", the unrecognized shadow, stepped into the place called "home" for the first time, with a silent funeral... Now, when I am struck down by the wave of life again, I can only repeat the most familiar actions from my childhood - walking alone on a strange street, digesting the weight of the whole world alone.
