Li Haoxuan, a squad leader in the Armed Police, went undercover aboard the Garbado cruise ship. His targets were the international drug trafficker Kairiski and the new-drug research facility he was running. In the midst of a raging storm, the soul of a special forces champion transmigrated into Li Haoxuan's body. After waking, “Li Haoxuan” inherited the body's memories as well as elite combat abilities, and continued the mission aboard the chaotic cruise ship. He had to face drug traffickers who refused to surrender, fend off pirates who suddenly boarded, and survive a violent typhoon. Three crises converged at once.
With extraordinary tactical skill and ruthless combat prowess, “Li Haoxuan” fought through a hail of bullets and crashing waves, leading his surviving teammates through the encirclement. In the end, he captured Kairiski and his entire gang, completing this near-fatal international drug-busting mission before the out-of-control cruise ship capsized.
