A Marquisate Comedy: The Legitimate Daughter Comes with Live Comments

Wang Mengmeng, a burned-out corporate drone who lives like a salted fish, stays up all night ranting about a brainless household-intrigue novel and wakes up as the cannon-fodder character with the same name: Zhao Mingyue, legitimate daughter of the Marquis of Weiyuan. From the start, she’s stuck in a deadly situation, with a hypocritical stepmother and a half-sister eyeing her hungrily. Zhao Mingyue has this to say: Household intrigue? Not happening! My goal is to stay alive and cleanse the marquis’s household with the ridiculous energy of a modern person! Even better, her mind comes with a comment section full of drama-loving online spectators, serving up both hilarious roasts and terrible advice. And so the story goes off the rails: the wicked stepmother’s schemes keep collapsing in farcical misunderstandings, the white-lotus half-sister’s manipulative act gets turned into a comedy routine, and even her stern father starts having wild inner monologues. See how the queen of snark turns a household-intrigue plot into a hilarious romp for the whole family, while capturing the heart of a proud husband who only meant to watch the show and ended up giving her his whole life.
