Great Qin: The First Emperor Overhears My Scientific Insights

After transmigrating to the Great Qin, Zhang Xiuyi hopes to use his modern knowledge to get ahead. But he soon discovers that only His Majesty, the First Emperor, can immediately grasp the “secrets” behind his “offbeat” scientific theories.

When Zhang Xiuyi points at the sky and talks nonsense: “Your Majesty, the world is round, and the moon is full of ore!”

Ying Zheng gazes into the distance. “Excellent. Then build a road up there and bring back the ore.”

When Zhang Xiuyi muses about the stars: “The universe began with an explosion…”

Ying Zheng stands with his hands behind his back. “I shall be the singularity that brings the sea of stars under one rule.”

And so, while the alchemists of Xianyang are still refining pills, Great Qin’s first “rocket” has already pierced the firmament. While the surviving nobles of the Six States are still plotting in secret, Great Qin’s black dragon banner has been planted in Fusang, with its sights set on Mars.

Gradually, Zhang Xiuyi realizes that it is not his science that is too advanced. This First Emperor is simply no ordinary man. This is the story of how he uses seemingly outrageous “reasoning” to assist an emperor for the ages and truly make “one written language, one set of measurements, and the sea of stars all Qin territory.”
