Sorry, I’m the GM of This Game

A thrilling pace: it’s a climax from the start, with a twist every three chapters and no dull moments!

A mind-blowing premise: board game rules solve bizarre cases. There’s nothing the protagonist can’t handle, only things you haven’t thought of!

A double comeback: dominate with brains in the game and grow stronger in real life, doubling the satisfaction!

My name is Lu Yi, a miserable board game designer. While pulling an all-nighter to fix bugs, I was sucked into the game I designed.

It’s hell mode from the start: play Sherlock Holmes, solve a real murder case, and do it within 24 hours. Fail, and you’ll be erased in real life too!

The first case, “Blood-Red Wedding”: the bride clutches a photo of my fiancée, with the words “Are you next?” written on the back.

Even worse, the killer lurking in the shadows hits me with a soul-searching question: “Great designer, does killing feel easy under the rules you made?”

That’s when I realize this bizarre world is devouring reality, and everyone is going to become an NPC in the game!

Want to survive? Then you have to keep playing, and play crazier than anyone else!

Be it locked-room murders, headless corpses, or urban legends… they’re all child’s play for me, the one who makes the rules!

I use the logic of Werewolf to expose the impostor, turn the tables on the mastermind with tricks from murder mystery games, and buy crucial clues with Monopoly items!

In the real world, I’m a timid office drone. But here, I’m the master of tricks who toys with the rules, the pun-slinging detective who makes killers tremble!

But as I peel back the layers of truth, I discover that the biggest trap is one I wrote myself…

When a game designer becomes a pawn, the end-of-the-world game sweeping through reality has only just begun.
