Mending the Heavenly Palace with Shattered Pearls

(Investiture of the Gods + Journey to the West) (Original heroine paired with Nezha) (P.S. This is the Nezha known as the Great Deity of the Three Altars and Seas, not the Nezha from the animated film!) (There may be out-of-character moments. Please don’t flame me if it’s not your thing!)

He once carved out his bones to return them to his father. I once shattered my pearl to save my master. We are the two people in the Three Realms who understand “accepting fate” the least.

I am Yinghuo, the last chess piece left behind by the Jie Sect, and the only “variable” in Heaven’s game.

He is Nezha, Heaven’s most rebellious God of War, bound by his lotus body and the reputation of a dutiful son.

Before sealing himself away, my master, Tongtian, said just four words to me: “Stay alive. Wait.”

The secret of the Investiture of the Gods has yet to be revealed, while the deception behind the journey west has already been set in motion.

When Senior Brother Duobao smiles at me from Mount Ling, and Nezha raises his Fire-Tipped Spear for me once more,

we make our choice: not for our sect, not for the people, but for the Way we believe in and the people we love,

to topple this rotten destiny once and for all!
