Above the Wasteland: My Base Comes with an Upgrade Template

When the “Deathly Silence” virus tears apart civilization’s facade, zombies overrun the wasteland. University student Sikong Qi unexpectedly activates the “Seeds of Civilization” System.

Starting from an abandoned factory, he transforms a shelter into a futuristic fortress capable of generating energy and building mechs. From hardcore survival as he searches for water to the thrill of unlocking automated defenses, every base upgrade carries the hope of humanity’s survival.

But the truth behind the apocalypse is even more horrifying than the zombies: the virus is actually a byproduct of the “Human Evolution Project.” The Northern “Salvation Army’s” raids and the Southern mutants’ hunts both point to a “Great Filter” test set by a higher-dimensional civilization.

His family bloodline and the System are the keys his parents left behind to break through this crisis.

In this final age, with order in ruins, he must lead the survivors against both the zombie hordes and tyrannical powers, while uncovering the earth-shattering secret behind the virus’s origins.

When his base evolves into a “planetary fortress,” he will raise the banner of civilization’s spark and rebuild humanity’s future atop the ruins. This is no simple survival game, but an epic battle over whether the human race can endure the universe’s great selection.
