What a Hard Life! I Have to Support 21 Maids from the Start

Who says transmigrators have to become princes? I was a hardworking 996 office drone, and now I'm a poor village head in the Hongwu era of the Ming Dynasty, saddled with 21 mouths to feed from the start! My maid Cui'er, timidly: Village Head, we've been out of food for three days... Lin Bufan, on the verge of a breakdown: I can barely feed myself, and you expect me to feed 21 people? With [Basic Farming Techniques] and [Curved-Shank Plow Blueprints], he amazes the entire village. With [Basic Martial Arts], he sends bandits flying with a single punch and makes his name known far and wide. With [Refined Salt] (redeemed in the shop), he wins his maids' undying loyalty. Liu, the adviser, mockingly: Village Head Lin, what are you going to pay your taxes with? Lin Bufan, raising an eyebrow: My curved-shank plow and my twenty-one right-hand men! (With authority) From farming and fighting to trading barbs with officials, every step of Lin Bufan's growth comes with a boost to his maids' affection for him. At last, standing in the Golden Throne Hall and looking back on his past, he realizes: He only wanted to eat something salty, but somehow ended up taking over the entire Ming Dynasty.
