Ultraman: I'm Just a Human Who Gained Power

(Ultraman spirit + parallel world + not anti-human + not arrogant + ordinary person's perspective + not the original Ultraman + just an ordinary guy who got lucky and gained powers + no heroine, I swear I'm not adding one this time + Nexus) This is the story of an ordinary person on Blue-White Star. Here, monsters and ghosts are no longer fantasies. No matter what humanity sacrifices to face these hardships, all it can do is delay the march toward destruction. Lin Yu, an ordinary university student who grew up watching tokusatsu, was caught up in the scene of a monster attack by accident. He sacrificed himself to protect others, and a ray of light witnessed it all, choosing him in turn. From then on, this world would no longer know only despair and tears. Everyone would learn that when faced with despair, they should entrust their hearts to hope. And when hope arrives, dazzling light will reveal its true form. “Light is a bond. Someone will inherit it and shine once more.” (Just to be clear again, the protagonist is an ordinary person who gained powers, not Ultraman himself. Why would the original Ultraman choose you out of nowhere? The protagonist is just an ordinary university student. You can think of him as a pure-hearted do-gooder, if you like.)
