I Send Red Envelopes to the Immortals

Programmer Lu Mingzhe thought he'd taken on a freelance gig, but who could have guessed that the other end of the internet line connected to the entire immortal realm? Nezha's game console is out of service, Chang'e's Guanghan Palace has lost its heating, and all of Heaven is facing an internet outage. Armed with a secondhand router and a random red-envelope System, he becomes the only tech support specialist in the Three Realms. Then the Jade Emperor issues a mandatory mission order, sending an irritable Monkey King sealed inside a server to guard him as he goes to reboot the collapsed primordial spiritual leyline. His teammates are all a little unusual: his useless pig of a teammate only wants to use holographic projections to livestream sales, the taciturn administrator keeps staring at garbled text, and even his mount, a dragon horse, is a living spaceship. Lu Mingzhe just wants to fix the network and go home, until he accidentally opens the source file at the leyline's deepest point and sees a note that sends a chill down his spine: "System formatting countdown: The 81st tribulation."
