Legend of the Chivalrous Knight

**A Knight Awakens**: Down-on-his-luck country gentleman Don Alonso is obsessed with knightly novels. Calling himself the "Knight of the White Moon," he sets off on a ridiculous adventure with the farmer Sancho, charging at windmills as if they were giants.

- **Inn Farce**: He imagines a shabby inn as a luxurious castle and an ordinary prostitute as a noble lady, sparking a series of absurd misunderstandings and conflicts.

- **The Dubbing Ceremony**: The innkeeper plays along with a ludicrous knighting ceremony. Alonso finds spiritual fulfillment in his fantasy, while onlookers struggle to keep from laughing.

- **Caravan Conflict**: He stubbornly demands that a caravan acknowledge the beauty of his imaginary sweetheart, provoking a clash. Alonso is soundly defeated, yet clings to his knightly fantasy.

- **An Interlude Back Home**: Neighbors trick him into a cage and take him back to the village. His brief adventure comes to an end, but this foreshadows an even more absurd second expedition.

This installment focuses on how the protagonist, Don Alonso, falls into his knightly fantasies and begins his first adventure, revisiting classic scenes such as his meeting with Sancho, the battle with the windmills, and the farce at the inn. It highlights the absurd contrast between ideals and reality.
