The Otherworldly Cross Medal: Beginning with Saving an Elf Girl

[Transmigration + Another World + Magic and the Steel Tide + An Unlikely Redemption] When Colonel Schneider opens his eyes, his consciousness hazy, he finds himself in a fantasy land where dragons roar and elves sing. His memories are gone, but his deeply ingrained military instincts and crisp colonel’s uniform remain unchanged. The Iron Cross at his collar is still cold, yet he can’t even remember his own name. Then an elf girl fleeing her pursuers stumbles into view. Behind her are vicious hunters from another world; before her stands an amnesiac soldier, bewildered and lost. No incantation. No surge of magic. He simply raises the “iron rod” from another world in his hand. The 98k sniper rifle rings out for the first time in this world of swords and sorcery! More than a dozen elite pursuers are wiped out in an instant! The elf girl trembles. “Y-You’re the legendary Archmage? You can cast spells without an incantation!?” He stares blankly at the gun, its smoke not yet cleared. “Magic? I can’t remember anything…” Witness the legendary transmigrator, Colonel Schneider, launch an industrial revolution and set this other world ablaze with war!
