A Minor Official in Chang'an Has a Bit of a Problem

Fang Xiaoyi is the most inconspicuous copy clerk in the Chang'an County Office. He's a bit of a coward, but his mind works in strange ways. By chance, he binds himself to a defective System from the "Future Space-Time Administration," the "Public Sentiment Collector." The System can only turn the people's "complaints," "praise," and "gossip" into "public sentiment points." The "rewards" it offers are all ridiculous things, such as "talisman paper that stops chickens from squawking," "candy pills that make your boss forget things for half an incense stick," and "earrings that let you understand what pets are saying." They also tend to malfunction.
