Pregnant in the Apocalypse: The Supply-Hoarding Boss Mom Takes the World by Storm

On the eve of torrential rains, animals behave strangely and the climate shifts. Lin Wan's keen instincts warn her of an impending apocalypse, so she and her husband, Lu Chengzhou, go on a frantic shopping spree. Five hundred jin of rice fills their storage room, bulletproof doors and windows are welded into place, medicines and weapons are packed into the trunk, and even the balcony is planted with fast-growing vegetables. Just as everything is ready, she unexpectedly discovers that she's pregnant.

The zombie virus breaks out, and the city falls, its former prosperity turned into a living hell. Pregnant and armed with pepper spray, Lin Wan has a warehouse full of supplies behind her. She refuses to let misplaced compassion get the better of her: when someone asks for help, she checks their character first, and when surrounded by zombies, she fights back without hesitation. Lu Chengzhou becomes a devoted husband, going out to gather supplies and protect her by day, then sitting by her bedside to read parenting manuals at night. He even measures formula down to the milliliter.

From stockpiling supplies during pregnancy to fighting zombies in the delivery room to keep herself safe, and then taking their baby through the ruins in search of a chance to survive, Lin Wan and Lu Chengzhou hold fast to one belief: as long as they have enough supplies, their loved one by their side, and a healthy baby, they can build a warm home amid the ruins, even if the world collapses.
