The Last Grave Digger

There’s nothing shameful about tomb raiding. It’s a trade, and a way to make a living with your skills. Legend has it that tomb raiding has four major factions: the Gold-Touching Commanders, who specialize in locating tombs by reading the earth; the Mountain-Moving Taoists, who enter tombs to gather medicinal ingredients; the Ridge-Splitting Warriors, who revere Xiang Yu as their founder; and the mysterious Grave-Robbing Commanders, who unleashed a wave of bloodshed during the Ming dynasty. These four factions are all famous throughout history. But when it comes to the most powerful and mysterious, that title belongs to the elusive Digger Army. Legend has it that at the end of the Western Han dynasty, the Lulin rebels dug up Empress Lü’s corpse. Inside her coffin, they found an ancient secret art. Later, after the Eastern Han dynasty was established, some Lulin rebels who refused to serve the imperial court left the government behind and founded the Digger Army, a tomb-raiding faction in the jianghu.
