Happy Hunting

In the neon-lit city of Star City, Su Muwan is a woman at the top of the food chain. She’s the most elegant hunter in the midnight scene and the most mysterious queen of high society. With foxlike eyes that see through people and a knack for changing her tactics at will, she can easily manipulate all kinds of men. Whether it’s a business tycoon with an inflated sense of his own importance or an innocent, artsy heir from an eminent family, each is just another puzzle for her to solve in her game.

To her, love is a luxury, sincerity is expendable, and the only thing she needs is the thrill of controlling everything. This is a hunt she directs and stars in herself, and she has never once lost.

Until the arrival of one man: Lu Yushen.

He’s like an isolated island in the deep sea, beyond the reach of sonar: composed, distant, and fatally alluring. He sees through her disguise, throws her off her rhythm, and even makes her, a top-tier hunter, feel what it’s like to be in someone’s sights for the first time.

When the hunter becomes the prey and the rules of the game are turned upside down, Su Muwan realizes that the wager she least wants to lose may be the sincere heart she has long hidden beneath layer upon layer of masks.

In this city that never sleeps, everyone wearing a mask is waiting for someone who can see through them. Or for someone willing to keep playing along.
