The Multiverse's Biggest Troublemaker: Vegeta Blows Up Again and Again

Sun Xiaokong transmigrates with the “Heavens' Jokester” System, and from the start, Kakarot identifies him as the “legendary target” he'll chase for the rest of his life. Poor Vegeta's scouter always displays “ERROR” whenever it scans Sun Xiaokong, as if his fate as the eternal third has been set in stone! From shattering the floor with push-ups on Earth to replenishing his energy through “photosynthesis” on Namek; from feeding Cell expired Senzu Beans and giving him the runs to using food to turn Fat Buu against his allies, wherever Sun Xiaokong goes, the whole world goes off the rails, leaving even mighty enemies in tears.

His journey to earn recognition across the heavens is even more ridiculous: Thanos snaps his fingers in the Marvel Universe? Sun Xiaokong pulls out the Dragon Balls and matches him blow for blow! Sasuke shows off his Chidori in the world of Naruto? Goku teaches him a lesson with a blast from his fingertip! One Piece, Bleach, the cultivation world... they all become a playground for power-level madness. Vegeta fights one losing battle after another in his “Protect Third Place” campaign. He unlocks Deep Blue and even wishes to become invincible, but always gets brought down by posing or philosophical debates. In the end, they parade him around with a custom electronic sign from Bulma hanging over his head: “The Strongest Third in the Universe.”

When negative humor engulfs all the worlds, Sun Xiaokong fuses the meme power of the heavens and transforms into the rainbow-haired “God of Fun.” Goku and Vegeta also unlock new forms and fight side by side. At the victory banquet, Goku raises his glass with burning passion: “You will always be my target!” Meanwhile, the drunken Prince Vegeta mumbles in his sleep: “I... will become number two someday...” A new round of heavenly hijinks has only just begun!
