The Top-Tier Star Hedgehog, His Whale Has Finally Returned to the Island

[Two male leads + entertainment industry (not much time spent on it) + reunion after years apart + sweet everyday moments] [Angst included, not a purely sweet story] [An explosive, sensitive and easily upset bottom × a gentle, steady, endlessly patient top] Mu Yunan thought he would never cross paths with Shen Jinghan again, unaware that Shen had already used his position as an investor to replace his exploitative management team and shield him from attacks, both open and covert. The night a sasaeng fan smashed his door, Mu Yunan huddled on the sofa, trembling. Shen Jinghan broke in and pulled him into his arms, his voice tense. “From now on, I'll stay by your side.” Their life together is chaotic: Mu Yunan complains that Shen Jinghan is too controlling, while Shen laughs that when Mu gets riled up, he looks like a bristling cat. Mu keeps people at arm's length, but Shen always knows exactly how to soothe his bad moods. The controversy over going solo, revenge from sasaengs, and slander from industry peers: Mu Yunan stumbles through one storm after another, and Shen Jinghan is always there to catch him. When Mu Yunan finally lets down his guard and, eyes red, calls Shen that long-awaited “ge,” Shen Jinghan knows his island has finally welcomed back the whale that swam away. Later, someone catches a photo of top-tier star Mu Yunan with a suggestive red mark on his neck, being kissed in a dressing-room van by Shen Jinghan, a powerful figure from outside the entertainment industry. Mu Yunan smacks him away in a huff. “Stop it, I have a show to record soon!” Shen Jinghan chuckles and kisses the top of his head. “What are you worried about? What we have is real.” Mu Yunan's perspective: The waves that had surged for so long had finally found the shore where they once came to rest. Shen Jinghan's perspective: The whale that had drifted across the sea for so long had finally returned to the island that was still willing to wait for it.
