Superpower Awakening: I Keep My Strength Hidden

[Japanese-style light novel + semi-experimental novel + multi-plot novel + no formulaic tropes + not a power fantasy + disjointed plot + no playing the pig to eat the tiger + no detailed plot + no everyday life] This has absolutely nothing to do with the plot you’ve imagined! There’s almost none of the thrill of playing the pig to eat the tiger, and the story doesn’t have a chain of interlocking events. It’s more like someone scattered a handful of beads across the floor: hooks planted early on are never followed up later. The transitions are more awkward than a broken shoelace, and you’re sure to be baffled when you turn to a new chapter. This is a rather “failed” experimental light novel. Each character has their own chapters: Ye Chen’s absurd, experimental style; Ye Linyin’s memories and daily life; and the stories of other characters. The one thing I can guarantee is that Ye Chen is real. Independent chapters will be updated at irregular intervals. In short, no one can predict what an independent chapter will contain. Even the synopsis is obscure. This novel really is a bit of a failure. I haven’t done anything well. The entire story favors long paragraphs. There are plenty of words, but the flaws are obvious: the plot moves slowly. It isn’t centered on fighting; everyday life is at its core. As for what takes a supporting role, that’s for the young masters and princesses to find out as they read. There’s plenty of description of the setting, thoughts, and expressions. This isn’t a power fantasy; beneath its light-novel exterior lies an experimental soul. A word of warning: you’re reading a novel, not listening to a story. But if I’m being honest, it’s not actually that bad. Still, readers may never get to see the final words, thanks to the word limit. Besides, I never put the heart of the story in the synopsis. If you want to know what I mean, you can skip the early chapters and read the independent ones. So many failures, so much self-mockery… scattered? But… I’m sorry. The experiment began long ago.
