Ashen Hands

On a night of rebirth, with the stench of disinfectant mingling with the smell of something burnt, surgeon Meng Yao returns carrying the hatred of two lifetimes. The wounds from saving her husband in a fire have yet to heal, and already the man beside her is plotting with his first love to seize her fortune. A scalpel can save lives, but it can also cut open a conspiracy. As the truth emerges alongside suspicions of arson, she will wield her charred hands as blades and cut down every betrayal and crime from both her past and present lives.
