Cyberpunk Rain Sister 2077

In 2077, Rust Town is the apocalyptic remnant of the old industrial northeast, completely controlled by the megacorporation Taste Group. Cyborg laborers have become programmed machines, their memories and freedom held hostage by chips. Chang Xiaoyu is the most ruthless "code-smasher" at a cyborg factory in Rust Town. Her left arm is equipped with a cybernetic vermicelli whip that can lash metal and unleash electric shocks. When her chip awakens in an abnormal way, she becomes an uncontrollable "outlier" in the corporation's eyes. Hunted relentlessly and watched by mechanical surveillance, she must rely on her own ruthlessness and wits to navigate the cold, neon-lit wasteland, find allies, and uncover the truth they have buried. As freedom becomes a bargaining chip in a data war, Chang Xiaoyu lashes at the merciless future with her vermicelli whip, fighting to win true liberation for herself and the consciousnesses held captive.
