[I Was a Night Watchman, but Now I’m the Supreme Being of the Monster Realm!]

Ling Yun transmigrates to a supernatural world.

He becomes a rookie Night Watchman whose head is ripped off by a monster on his very first mission, turning him into one himself.

The System finally shows up after he dies and is infected, but it’s too late to save him...

Fortunately, the System says that as long as he keeps punishing evil and rewarding good to earn Justice Points, he can rebuild his body and turn back into a human. He can also keep strengthening his supernatural abilities and powers.

And so,

he hides among the Night Watchmen as a monster and begins punishing evil and rewarding good in the human world.

Soon, he realizes

that being a monster isn’t so bad after all.

There are far too many people in this world who are worse than monsters.

The wicked old woman who lets her grandson run wild?

The trafficker who gives children sleeping pills?

The thuggish debt collectors working for a criminal gang?

The heartless husband who murders his wife and daughter for their money?

The black widow who deceives men into marriage, then falsely accuses them of rape?

And the giant conglomerate that has spread across the country, secretly wreaking havoc on the world.

None of them are a problem.

Before long, an urban legend begins to spread: the Headless Hero.

In short, this is a story about a monster who plays at being human, rewarding good and punishing evil.
