Dreams of the Shang and Zhou: The 2025 Paradox

When Ji Xuan, a bronze artisan from the end of the Shang dynasty, accidentally transmigrates to a parallel world in 2025 through the ancient artifact known as the Time-Space Zhang, he brings with him more than the legacy of Shang and Zhou civilization. He also opens Pandora’s box and sets history on a new course. Su Wan, a modern archaeology PhD, is examining an ancestral jade cong when she is unexpectedly swept into a rift in time and space. The resonance between the jade cong and the Time-Space Zhang reveals the secret her family has guarded for generations: the truth behind the fall of the Shang and Zhou dynasties is closely tied to disruptions in the fabric of time and space.

The Time-Space Administration’s pursuit is relentless. Under the pretense of “correcting history,” it seeks to erase every transmigrator. Ji Xuan struggles to survive in a city of steel and concrete, awakening powers over time and space through his bronze-crafting skills and ancient wisdom. Su Wan, meanwhile, wields her archaeological knowledge as a blade, searching between historical records and reality for the key to restoring history’s balance. When the last priest of the Shang and Zhou dynasties arrives in the modern world through a rift, and modern technology clashes violently with the arcane arts of the Bronze Age, a fierce debate erupts over the paradoxical question: “Does changing history mean destroying the future?”

Are they agents repairing the rifts in time and space, or the beginning of an even greater disaster? Amid the haze where the lost dreams of the Shang and Zhou dynasties intertwine with 2025, the wheels of history have quietly shifted. Every choice will leave an irreversible “paradox scar” upon the river of time.
