The General's Wife and Her Adorably Naive Prince

(A clever, courageous, powerful female general x the lonely, helpless Ninth Prince with a childish mind)

Hua Wenxiang is the daughter of a general.

To rein in and suppress her father, Old General Hua, the emperor betroths her to the foolish Ninth Prince.

Prince Jing Han's mind is that of an eight-year-old.

(Guiding him after a blow to the head will restore his mind.)

Old General Hua is utterly unwilling to give up Hua Wenxiang, but he cannot refuse the imperial marriage decree.

The heroine is a hundred times more unwilling.

From their wedding night to a week after their marriage, she doesn't say a word to him.

She lets him sleep only on the floor.

Fortunately, he is very obedient.

Later, they wield their blood as blades, vowing to tear apart these man-eating palace walls. But when the foolish young man shields her and whispers, "Don't be afraid," the carefully planned political marriage becomes a trap in which they save each other.
