Who Is the One Destined for You?

At sixteen, Mo Xunyu was driven from home by her gambling-addicted brother and sister-in-law and her mother’s preference for sons. While working at a restaurant, she met a kind and considerate chef, and at an impressionable age, she married him and moved far away to Guizhou. During their three years of marriage, she cared for her husband and raised their child. Though their life was ordinary, it held its share of small joys.

At the lowest point in her life, she started out as a housekeeper. When she reunited with Ji Chunqiu, the two of them thought they could find happiness again.
