I Caught a Burglary Suspect, Only to Find Out It Was My First Love

Thunder crashes in the dead of night. Lin Shen catches a shadow that has broken into his home with his bare hands. The moment their fingers touch, the familiar scent of freesia and the warmth of a young woman stir memories long buried. When lightning illuminates her tear-streaked face, he realizes the thief before him is Su Wan, his first love, who vanished without a trace three years ago. The bloodstained coin in her hand bears the emblem of the fraud syndicate that drove his mother to suicide. Is their reunion part of a long-planned scheme, or a chance at redemption arranged by fate? Caught up in darkness and lies, how will the two of them uncover the truth amid their tangled love and hate?
