Danganronpa: Are There Any Normal People Here?

【No CP】【A touch of ensemble cast】【A little deduction】【The protagonist changes midway】 Kimura Toru, a student in Class 79 at Hope’s Peak Academy, wakes up to find himself trapped in a psychiatric hospital with 15 other classmates. He thought they might be able to work together, but look at his classmates: a seemingly gentle, secretly deranged warrior fueled by pure hatred; a mysterious girl who speaks perfectly well but insists on pretending to be mute; a long-haired man who keeps appearing out of nowhere and getting in your face like a cockroach… And a black-and-white toy bear, smiling as it encourages everyone to kill one another. Kimura Toru looks around. Is there anyone normal here at all?! … Hope is scarce, but we refuse to give in to despair. The past cannot be changed, the future can shift in an instant, and all we can do is seize the present. The story includes some first- and second-person narration, shifting points of view, gore, and deduction. There is a male lead but no romance! Both male and female leads will die, and the protagonist changes midway. Only four of the sixteen characters will survive, but it has a happy ending. The characters aren’t smarter than the author, so don’t read if that bothers you. Ryosuke Aoyama (a supporting character) and a friend’s OC are a couple with an established pairing, but they don’t appear in the story. You can ship anyone else! Just don’t bother other readers. All 16 characters are original. Please don’t take out your anger on other characters because one of them dies. The author just isn’t skilled enough to portray their strengths; it has nothing to do with the characters!
