Candy Meets Sparkling Water

Music student (Su Jingchen) VS basketball student (Gu Xiaoye)

Dusk settles over the rooftop, where droplets cling to the wire fence. Su Jingchen rises onto his toes to reach the sheet music blown away by the wind when Gu Xiaoye suddenly reaches out from behind him. Their faces draw close across the fluttering pages, and the sweet scent of strawberry cake fills the space between their breaths.

"You've got frosting on your eyelashes." Gu Xiaoye's thumb brushes across his eyelid, but when he sees the tips of the other's ears turn red, he loses control and kisses the corner of his lips. The bell rings in the distance to mark the end of classes. The stainless-steel lunchbox in Su Jingchen's hand clatters to the ground, sending cream puffs covered in dust rolling away.
