More females than males + male Zerg + no gender equality + evolution + interstellar + ensemble cast + powerful leads
Standard synopsis: The home planet received a message from tens of thousands of light-years away. It was a distress signal. The Zerg needed a savior who was kind, tolerant, steadfast, and decisive. The consciousness of Blue Star lowered its gaze slightly, and happened to meet the eyes of Slade, who had just left the human world.
P.S. The top is a human from Blue Star. He slightly transmigrates from female to male, then loses his memory after arriving among the Zerg and becomes a young male Zerg. By chance, he regains his memories as an adult. That’s why there is more than one love interest, though he regains his memories later, and his human way of thinking holds him back. The others will appear gradually, and the romance develops slowly. More may be added at any time, so don’t be surprised, my dears:
1. A seemingly cool-headed but strong-willed, supportive lover and roommate (white hair, blue eyes): the official partner type
2. A highly intelligent, antisocial, extreme technology genius of a male Zerg (black hair, green eyes): forced-love warning
3. A proud yet insecure, sharp-tongued military female Zerg instructor (): prepare for a groveling arc
4. A gentle, playful, pink-haired, yellow-eyed thinker (white moonlight shining overhead)
There are very few male Zerg, only a dozen or so, scattered across different star systems. They have to use their mental powers to keep each system stable. There isn’t much infighting between the species. (They’re nearly extinct, so what’s the point of fighting?)
I’m not great at writing synopses, so feel free to head to the main story. I’ll also post some Zerg inspirations and beautiful buildings in the chapter comments, so take a look.
Literary version:
This is an era where glory and decline coexist.
The dazzling sea of stars reflects the fading shadow of a species.
Even the most advanced technology cannot piece together a complete genetic chain.
They cry out with all their might on the brink of civilization’s survival.
At last, they seize the dawn known as “Slade.”
It's well written, but it's too short, only 21 pictures.
Author, you haven't updated for several days. What happened to you? [Crying] [Crying] [Crying]
It's great, but the ending is a bit rushed
It's a good-looking, far underrated non-traditional Zerg story, but it's a bit short, I didn't read enough, and some details were unclear.
