Haunted Apartment Rules: A Thirty-Day Countdown

In 2045, in Xinjing City, Qing Teng Residence is an old apartment building wrapped in vines, concealing a set of forbidden rules written in blood ink. Lin Shen, a former detective who moves into Room 404 after inheriting the property, discovers a blood-red “13” appearing on the mirror on his very first day. The countdown has begun.

The incense burned each day summons withered hands from the black smoke. The elevator mirror reflects his own face with its mouth torn into a grotesque grin. Beneath the pothos plant given to him by an old man in gray lies a photograph of the dead, while the qipao in the wardrobe holds the despairing memories of former tenants.

Rules are a cage, and time is a trap. Lin Shen must uncover Qing Teng Residence’s secrets within thirty days, or become the next spirit devoured by the rules. But when the full moon rises, the torn-up sixth rule reveals an even more terrifying truth: Qing Teng Residence is not where the rules begin, but where they end.

This is a deadly game against time, and the ultimate test of human nature. When the countdown reaches zero, who will fall victim to the rules, and who will uncover the ultimate secret of this haunted apartment?
