A Saintess? Not Even a Dog Would Take That Job

My status as Saintess was decided when my mother was pregnant with me. She drew a red lot.

Unexpectedly, my mother gave birth to twins, and I was the younger sister.

In my previous life, my elder sister fell head over heels for her online boyfriend and left the village with her wealthy suitor. I took on the role of Saintess.

But two years later, my sister returned to the village with a child, looking utterly miserable.

When she saw how well I was living in the village, jealousy twisted her face beyond recognition.

Because she had given up her status as Saintess, our parents urged her to leave the village. So that night, she started a huge fire and burned down most of the village.

When I opened my eyes again, I was back on the night before I became Saintess.

But this time, my sister didn't leave with her boyfriend. She was unusually obedient and said she wanted to become Saintess and stay by our parents' side to care for them.

As soon as I heard the news, I packed my bags. Once tomorrow's ceremony is over, I'm getting out of this village that devours people!
