Picking Up History Through Time

Li Xingyi speaks eloquently at an academic summit. Have you ever wondered if the speed of light might be the lower limit of speed in this universe, rather than the upper limit? Have you ever wondered why temperature has a lower limit but no upper limit? When we truly reach absolute zero, could we become eternal? Have you ever wondered if someone can see our past, and someone else can see our future? If they are one and the same person, a god, then in his four-dimensional world, each of us is a slice of time, like a slice of bread. We are merely cut at different points in time, yet all versions of us, from the distant past to the present, exist simultaneously. Have you ever wondered why light’s birth heralds destruction? We could ride photons at the speed of light and travel to every corner of the universe, but time would remain frozen at the moment we set out. Everything is beautiful for an instant, then vanishes just as quickly. “Enough. Stop rambling!” … After an accident, medical student Li Xingyi discovers that he can collect the time other people waste without realizing it!
