Years Deep in the Alley chronicles the changing lives of four families in an unremarkable alley from 1960 to 2020. Through the stories of the Yangs, the Lis, Auntie Wang’s family, and the Chens, it reveals the clash between personal dreams and the tides of the times, the resilience and fragility of family, and a history woven together with emotion.
