You’re Jade, I’m Fish

On the second day of school, Class Three got a transfer student from out of town. He had great grades and was tall and handsome. Everyone assumed the principal had recruited some aloof top student from somewhere, but he turned out to be friendly and sweet. The first thing he said was, “I came here because of the number one student in your grade.” The transfer student made quite an entrance, putting Qin Ci, the top student he’d mentioned, at the center of everyone’s attention... Everyone thought the two were destined to be rivals, and expected them to fight every day. They were ready to watch the drama unfold, but it turned out the two already knew each other, and their bond ran deep... Love can wait, but there’s no negotiating over first place. Yan Shuang: Don’t think I’ll go easy on you just because I like you. Qin Ci: Perfect. Taking first place is what I do best. Heads-up: The pacing is slow, so don’t read if that bothers you.
