Dear Taoist Friends, Please Read Some Books on Mountains, Medicine, Fortune, Fortune Telling, and Divination, Not Novels.
If You Want a Book About True Taoism and a Taoist Priest, the Author Should Really Be Familiar with the Classics and Common Sense of Each School.
Want to watch something similar to "Chuanwu: Return to the Village and Show Off?" I'll add some books on "Learning Martial Arts to Become a Saint". It is best for the author to be familiar with some Taoist classics and common sense before writing this book. If the author is not familiar with it, I will not tolerate it. The protagonist should not be too young and have a good temperament;

This book is written in great detail. What is qigong, what is practicing qi into essence, practicing essence into qi, practicing qi into spirit, practicing spirit into emptiness, and what the state is like at different stages. I support it [like] and wait for verification when it becomes successful [laughing]
Let's talk with the author. I just read it not long ago, but when I saw the practice procedures mentioned by the author, I had different ideas from the author. We all know that Qi has the theory of innate Qi and acquired Qi, and Jing also has the theory of innate essence and acquired essence. When we practice Qigong, the essence transformed by breathing is innate essence, and the essence we refine and transform into Qi is acquired essence, which is the essence of water and grain. The acquired essence transforms against the current and becomes the innate Qi, and then the innate Qi and the innate essence are refined together to become a god. The emptiness that was restored by refining the gods is not the origin of the universe. It should be some special functions. This emptiness is invisible and intangible, but its functions are many times stronger than ordinary people. Refining the void and combining the Tao is the true test of a person's nature. If you have the ability, do not act rashly, and follow the right path is the origin of the universe. This is my rough understanding of Qigong. I will communicate with the author and hope that we can all gain a correct understanding and benefit ourselves and others! Encourage each other🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 I have read ten chapters, and to be honest, I have benefited a lot! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 But I think that not everyone is suitable for practicing Qigong. First of all, practicing qigong requires time and specialization, just like a bookworm who doesn't listen to anything outside the window and only reads books by sages. It's not that I don't know, it's that I don't hear it. It is difficult for people today to be single-minded. From a personal point of view, the most important thing about practicing Qigong is to let nature take its course. Normally, you adjust your breath and practice Qi. When the Qi comes, it is refined. It's less likely to go wrong. It's not easy to go astray either. Don't pursue a sense of energy, let alone something unrealistic. I have been practicing qigong for many years, and it has not produced any effects. I have only cured my own illness. I used to be a severe asthma patient, so severe that I couldn't stop wheezing without taking hormones, and the spray bottles I bought were always bought in boxes. When I was practicing Qigong for fifteen or sixteen years, I remember it was before the Dragon Boat Festival. I felt like I was drunk. My whole body was hot, but I didn't sweat. At that time, I didn't have the understanding of Qigong that I do now, and I didn't know what was going on, but I wasn't afraid. Because I had something to do and couldn't practice all the time, I had no choice but to take half an aspirin and then I started sweating. And it's not just sweating, the limbs feel like they have been whipped with a whip, with streaks of purple, and both hands and feet are swollen, bigger than a big steamed bun. Nothing can be done. Then the edge of the swelling broke out and bluish-purple pus flowed out. It lasted for about two months before it was healed. No scars left and no asthma attacks again. So I have been persisting intermittently. I do not seek to become an immortal or a Taoist. My ultimate goal is to die without any illness.
This book perfectly combines Western science and Eastern cultivation. It is the most systematic and detailed explanation of cultivation that I have seen. It is very practical. In particular, the explanation and definition of heart, mind, and nature are very scientific and have solved the biggest question I have had in reading Taoism books for many years.
It is explained in modern and easy-to-understand language. Its principles and techniques allow novices to understand what is happening and why. It is highly practical and is a rare cultivation guide. Thank you to the author for his selfless contribution to many years of research!
It is very practical. It has a great understanding for current beginners. It can also expand many world views and is also a great help for practitioners on their path to enlightenment.
I just finished reading this book. I read it half a year ago. I didn't think it was very detailed at first, and I didn't have any specific practice methods. I was also very busy at work, so I haven't read it seriously. Since I was idle at home after the Chinese New Year, I only read it seriously for a few days. The more I read, the more I felt like I had found a treasure. Practicing qi to transform into essence, practicing essence into qi, practicing qi into spirit, practicing the spirit to return to the original form, and rejuvenating the dragon to a child. It's so real. It's a pity that I haven't had this opportunity yet. But I believe that where there is a will, there is a way. Those who practice immortality must meet three conditions. First, they must be free from money and have enough money. Second, they must be free from love, marriage, and seven emotions and six desires. Third, they must be prepared to work hard and work hard. Everyone has a different physique. The fastest way is to start from the basics. I think we should start with the horse step. Only with a solid horse step can the meridians of the whole body be dredged. It must be very simple to practice Qi again [Love] [Love]
A good book, with principles and a logical and step-by-step description of the process, methods, and possible problems that may be encountered. Unlike many books, questions remain unanswered after reading them. Highly recommend this book.
There is a slight mistake. The Qi from whole grains does not enter the Dantian, and most of it is converted into the Qi from the internal organs. There will be indirect transformation in the middle Dantian, but not in the lower Dantian.
This book is based on the author's explanation and application of Qi training based on ancient domestic books, celebrity references, and scientific research, which is convincing. Qi is as important to a person as roots are to a tree. The Qi enters Dantian (below the navel) and becomes essence. When practicing Qi, you should go in and out slowly, go in more and go out less, and leave some savings. In the later chapters of the book, there are ventilation methods shared by the author: brushing teeth and washing face, Tai Chi, preparation before going to bed, and sleeping methods.
There are principles and methods, and I want to start practicing Qi [laughs]
Oh my God, I found a treasure. Sir is really a great talent. I majored in traditional Chinese medicine and am interested in Chinese studies, martial arts, and qigong. I read Mr.'S book word for word. Although I haven't finished it yet, I couldn't help but comment on it. I very much agree with Mr.'S theory, and many truths suddenly became clear to me.
Qigong theory has a long history and Chinese martial arts are rich and colorful. Excavating, learning, inheriting and developing these precious historical cultures and spiritual wealth are of great significance to improving the national physique and the health and longevity of the people. The editor's contribution in this regard is immeasurable!
It's wonderful, only people know it
Chinese culture is divided into Confucianism, Buddhism, and Taoism. This book explains in detail the key points of breathing, meditation, Qigong, and Tai Chi practice. We reach the same destination on different journeys and meet at the top. I am very grateful to the author for allowing me to understand why it suddenly became enlightened. Highly recommended to Taoist, Buddhist and boxing friends!
Extremely valuable practice guidance, refreshing
This is the most useful book to me. I will keep reading and search for more books on Qi refining. After all, practice brings true knowledge. Thank you author. I want to know more methods of refining qi. If anyone has it, let me practice.
I have been looking for Qigong-related books on Tomato. After reading this book, I finally found the answer I wanted and opened the door to a new world. I hope it can be popularized in the future and everyone can benefit.
Simple and clear, if you are interested, please understand by yourself
This book explains the principles and methods of Taoist Qi in a detailed and scientific way. I feel that the effect is particularly good when reading a book with energy. But I would like to advise you here: If you don't have the foundation of Qigong, don't try it easily. Furthermore, to bite off more than you can chew, you need perseverance and focus. If you persevere and make progress step by step, you will eventually be able to achieve the path and fruition.
I feel like the author is very knowledgeable! It made me understand a lot of truth! Thank you!
It solves many doubts and is worth pondering. It is a rare good book.
I actually practiced the first step, but as the author said, the author put his heart into it.
Thanks to the author for his contribution to the sublimation (health) of human civilization!
Taoist friends' discussion of the Tao is very true, and the practice methods are detailed and extraordinary.
Great, step by step, suitable for beginners, still learning
Damn, I've been practicing this for a while, and I really feel it
Helpful for practice.
I understand a lot, but I still don't understand a lot
This book written by the author is quite interesting.
You're right. Many of your points are consistent with my thoughts.
