QingWei

[He falls for her first | Sweet romance | Bittersweet | School and city life | Both leads are inexperienced | One-on-one romance | Happy ending] [Sweet top student girl vs. average student, top-of-the-class turned transfer-student troublemaker] On a weekend hike with her mother, He Ke stops to cool off in the shade of a tree when she hears someone shout. She walks around the thick trunk and runs into Lu Qing. She hears him say, “You know I’ve got a bad temper. Don’t make me hit someone again.” Then a girl kicks him hard. - After leaving a stationery shop with her friend, He Ke hears a couple arguing in an alley. When she reaches the entrance, she sees Lu Qing again. She hears him say, “Stop following me. Anyone who can get pregnant just like that should stay away from me.” Then a girl slaps him across the face. - Uh... - He Ke never imagined that a jerk like Lu Qing would one day cling to her, then set her newly budding heart all aflutter. - But before long, she makes up her mind: She won't have someone like him. It takes him seven years of anxious, determined effort to earn a chance and make her willing to choose him. * I left a few rambling thoughts in the final chapter, hehe~
