For example, after the palace coup, Yun Ruiyuan was reduced from a high-ranking prince to a pampered man, and was tortured in Prince Xuan's palace. Every conflict between him and Xu Yao was like a ruthless trick of fate. And Hua Yuxuan wavers between revenge and emotion. His attitude towards Yun Ruiyuan changes from indifference to gradually caring, and every turn in the process is full of tension. These plot settings are not only to increase the twists and turns of the story, but also to show the struggle and transformation of human nature in difficult situations. Character creation is the most attentive part of my creation. Yun Ruiyuan, he is kind, weak but tough. From the time he fell into the water and was rescued by Hua Yuxuan to the subsequent encounters in the palace, he always maintained the kindness in his heart. Even though he was tortured and bruised, he never gave up hope in life. This quality of persistence in suffering is the core of his character. Hua Yuxuan is a character full of contradictions. He is both heroic on the battlefield and emotionally indecisive. For Xu Yao, he doted on him because of his kindness and commitment; for Yun Ruiyuan, he went from neglecting to being attracted, and his inner struggle was delicately and realistically depicted. As the villain of Xu Yao, I gave him selfish, jealous and ruthless character traits. His existence drives the development of the story, becomes the source of Yun Ruiyuan's pain, and makes readers hate him so much that they gnash their teeth. The complexity of these characters makes them feel like they are really living in the story, and readers can deeply feel their emotional ups and downs. Emotional description is the soul of the story. Yun Ruiyuan's gratitude to Hua Yuxuan developed into deep affection, and this feeling became deeper and deeper as he was hurt again and again. His call to Hua Yuxuan in a coma and his dependence on him after losing his memory all show the persistence of this love. Hua Yuxuan's feelings for Yun Ruiyuan were more complicated. From the initial indifference to the later distress and guilt, he experienced many struggles in his heart. Especially when Yun Ruiyuan was dying, his anxiety and self-blame allowed readers to truly feel how much he cared about Yun Ruiyuan deep in his heart. The intertwining of these emotions is like a fine thread, tightly entangling the reader in the story, making people feel the same. During the creative process, I am constantly thinking about the good and evil of human nature and the impermanence of fate. Under the temptation of power and interests, the ugliness of human nature is vividly displayed, such as Xu Yao unscrupulously harming Yun Ruiyuan in order to get Hua Yuxuan. But at the same time, there are also characters like Ji Wushuang and Xuan Ye, whose kindness and loyalty shine brightly in the darkness. Yun Ruiyuan and Hua Yuxuan struggled to survive in the whirlpool of fate. Their love seemed so small but so firm despite many obstacles. This made me deeply feel the tricks of fate on people. I also hope that readers can have a deeper thinking about human nature and fate from the story. I hope that "The Wrong Payment" can bring an emotional feast to readers, allowing everyone to have a new understanding of human nature and destiny while experiencing sadomasochism.
