Safety: Tells you what to do if you encounter an animal while running, and teaches you how to conduct emergency rescue.
Etiquette: Discuss the role of good behavior in backcountry running. This part will also teach you how to "release" physiological needs while running in a way that is acceptable to society and the natural environment.
Companions: This section weighs the pros and cons of running alone, with a partner, or with a dog, horse, or donkey.
How to Run: This section discusses trail running training, including strength exercises, warm-ups, and tips to make you stronger and faster. In addition, coaching for trail running events will be provided.
