CCTV Night Reading Recommended Books📚
I want to read a book similar to "The Food of the World". Reason for recommendation: As the title of the book says, reading the entire personal state will make you feel full! Must-remember the golden saying: "What really matters is your gaze, not what you see in front of you."

I Want to Read a Book on Medical Topics!
I want to read content similar to "Intensive Care Unit (2 volumes in total)". Recently I read "Ask the Heart" and I want to follow a book where the male and female protagonists are both doctors. The main story is a hospital story and the love between the male and female protagonists is supplemented.

I usually like to read some books on traditional Chinese medicine, including the "Huangdi Neijing" on my bookshelf. I occasionally read a few pages of this book because I really can't understand it. But this book "Medicine, Food, Housing and Transportation" is different. The text in it is humorous, especially the pictures are super funny. There are several pictures that can make me understand instantly [laughing]. My personal understanding is that this book is not meant to let us know how to treat it (of course there are some dietary and tea therapies, and I have also made a memo), but to let us pay attention to our daily life and diet, not to seek longevity, but to seek a healthy body.
I have always liked Lazy Rabbit, it is easy to understand, humorous and very practical.
Moreover, the book also shared many magical uses of common ingredients, which helped me learn a lot about traditional Chinese medicine. However, I don't like some of the misunderstandings about health care in the book, which I feel are a bit misleading. But overall, this book is still worth reading and I recommend it to everyone!
The end was a bit unexpected, but it felt very practical. It was all about popular science about the origin of medicine and food, some ingredients that are good for the body and easy to obtain, as well as some prescriptions that can solve physical discomfort, as well as some explanations of misunderstandings we usually fall into.
A very good popular science book on traditional Chinese medicine
