"Binghu Pulseology" was written by Li Shizhen, a famous medical expert in the Ming Dynasty. It gathered the essence of ancient pulseology and summarized 27 types of pulse conditions. The book cleverly compiles pulse conditions, identification of similar pulses, and main diseases of pulse conditions into songs with harmonious rhyme and easy to read and remember. It has become a model work for later generations to study pulse science and has been praised by doctors of all generations. The appendix is newly added with "A Study of the Eight Extraordinary Meridians", which provides a systematic overview of the circulation, functions and treatment methods of the eight extraordinary meridians, and preliminarily constructs a syndrome differentiation and treatment system based on the eight extraordinary meridians.
